Methodology
  • Fluorescence and turbidity spectroscopy were performed on a plate reader and data was analyzed in Microsoft Excel. DIC and Light Microscopy yielded .nd2 files that were processed in ImageJ software. Crosslinking gels were imaged with a BioRad Chemidoc, and images of each gel were saved in a TIFF file using Adobe Illustrator.
Description
  • This dataset was generated from experiments using purified materials. Experiments were designed to study phase separation of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein.
