Description
  • The data are stored in two formats: a single EXCEL 2010 file with two worksheets (one for each phase of data collection) and two csv files (one for each phase of data collection; data are identical to those in the corresponding Excel file worksheets). A Codebook (pdf format) describes the variables in detail.
